The Sixth Annual Buffalo Bike Run features The World's Richest Poker Run
$101,000 in cash payouts for riders, including $25,000 for first place. 

At various checkpoints along the Buffalo Bike Run route, riders will be given a total of five playing cards.  The best poker hand wins the $25,000, second place receives $15,000, third place gets $10,000 and so on.  Other payouts include Worst Hand, Best Women’s Hand and many more!
